We are Needham residents advocating for more housing choice. We are building an open, informal coalition of Needham residents, groups, and organizations who are interested in advocating for more attainable housing choices in Needham. We intend to be a community-driven resource for education and conversation about housing issues affecting our town.

We have working groups, each of which meets to focus on a specific part of our work, while collaborating to meet our goals.

- Zoning/Development Group Learn everything going on in town regarding housing; support specific development opportunities; understand proposed zoning; develop ideas for new zoning possibilities.
- Date & Research Locate and organize data to support NHC goals.
- Outreach Group Book housing conversations with local groups and individuals; book speakers; develop coalition of local organizations; create NHC presence at local events.
- Campaigns Group Develop campaign strategies; support local pro-housing candidates and legislation; advocate for Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) restructuring; support pro-housing state legislation.
- Communications Group Produce and manage newsletter, social media, website, media outlets, videos; edit materials.
